From Canton Fair to a Second Order — Our Brazilian Customer Is Back
This week, we shipped another batch of PP woven grow bags to Brazil — several thousand pieces in total. We say "another," because this is the second order this customer has placed with us. And this partnership traces back to the Canton Fair.
At the fair, a Brazilian buyer stopped at our booth. With our full range of grow bags on display — different sizes, different gallon capacities — they compared the options and picked out the right specs on the spot. Not long after the fair ended, the first order came in.
With that first order delivered smoothly, this time there was no more comparing and no hesitation — the customer simply placed a second order with the exact specs chosen at the booth. For us, this is exactly what makes an in-person trade show worth doing: buyers can touch the bags, see the workmanship up close, test a first order, and come back for more when it works.
This shipment went through the same routine as the last one: spec verification, bag-by-bag sampling inspection, loading photos, moisture-proof packing, and reinforced strapping. The bags will spend close to a month at sea, clear customs in Brazil, and travel on to the customer's farm — when the boxes finally open, they should look exactly the way they did when they left our line.
