Cut the bag open or open the bottom, keep the root ball intact, trim air-pruned roots at the edge, water thoroughly, and shade the plant during hardening-off. Breathable bags protect roots, giving a higher survival rate than rigid pots.

Use a loose mix of peat/coco coir + perlite + garden soil; avoid heavy clay that blocks drainage. Add a drainage layer at the bottom of large bags. For acid-loving crops like blueberries, use acidified media (pH 4.5–5.5).

In summer, water more frequently, provide midday shade, avoid direct bag exposure, and check drainage holes. In winter, cold-hardy species can stay outdoors; tender plants should be moved in or wrapped, and standing water drained to prevent frost cracking.

Air pruning occurs when roots reach the breathable bag wall and meet air; the root tip dehydrates and stops, prompting the plant to grow more fibrous feeder roots inside the bag instead of circling into a root-bound mass like in plastic pots. The result is denser roots, better uptake, shorter transplant shock, and higher survival. HOKBG woven fabric is breathable and permeable by design for exactly this mechanism.

PP (polypropylene) is recyclable. Compared with disposable plastic pots, HOKBG grow bags are reusable for years, significantly cutting container waste and repeat purchasing. At end of life, dispose of them through local PP recycling. For nurseries, "durable + reusable" is itself a more sustainable container solution.

Yes. Our bags use UV-stabilized PP woven fabric with climate-specific solutions: desert/high-heat focuses on UV stability and anti-aging; tropical/rainy focuses on breathability and drainage; coastal focuses on salt-spray resistance and wind load. We already supply markets such as the Middle East (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia) and Southeast Asia, and recommend specs by local climate.

When structurally sound, HOKBG heavy-duty PP grow bags can be reused for years; outdoor service life is about 3–10 years (shorter in high-UV regions, varying by latitude). Amortized over ~5 years at 1–2 cycles/year, the cost per use is far below disposable plastic pots. Before reuse, inspect sidewalls, bottom, seams, and handles; clean, dry, and store away from direct sun to extend life.

Yes. We offer OEM/ODM: custom size, color, GSM, printed LOGO, handle style, and packaging. Process: requirement confirmation → sampling → sample approval → production → QC → container shipment. Sampling takes about 3–7 days; production lead time is typically 15–30 days after sample approval depending on order volume and season—book early in peak periods.

Loading quantity depends on bag type and folding method—flat-folded PP woven bags pack densely; for example, a 40ft container can hold tens of thousands of small/medium bags (20–60L), while large bags (400L+) decrease by volume and weight. We provide an exact loading list and diagram for your selected specs.

Our capacity ranges from 20L to 6000L: 20–40L for seedlings/herbs; 60–130L for shrubs/fruit trees; 400–1000L for landscape trees, palms, olives; 4000–6000L for large specimen trees.
